Brief Profile:-

Mr. Kohli holds Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Banaras Hindu University, CAIIB and has done Diploma in Industrial Finance from Indian Institute of Bankers.

Mr Kohli has rich experience of working as Banker with more than 40 years. He held position of Chairman and Managing Director of Punjab & Sind Bank, SIDBI and Punjab National Bank. Mr Kohli has held the chairmanship of Indian Banks’ Association, a forum for promoting the interest of banks for two terms and has chaired several committees associated with financial sector policy.

Mr. Kohli served as Chairman/Member of the Management Board of PNB Gilts Ltd., PNB Housing Finance Ltd. and PNB Capital Services Ltd. Mr. Kohli served as the Chairman amd Managing Director of India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd. until April 2010. He also served on the Board of various organisations like Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd., Modi Rubber Limited, Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Limited, PTC India Financial Services Ltd., Small Industrial Development Bank of India Ltd., The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd., Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India Ltd. and Agricultural Finance Corporation Ltd. He presently holds directorship in various institutions/corporates in India.

A recipient of several awards including the Wharton-Infosys Ltd “Enterprise Transformation Award for Technology”.
